The ADV Nordic Training Insulate Skirt is a warm, insulating cross-country skiing skirt that is worn over training tights in cold and windy conditions.

This advanced cross-country skiing skirt combines lightweight insulation at the front and back with a thin, wind- and water-repellent outer material, providing excellent warmth as well as protection in exposed areas. The stretchy jersey material at the sides and at the back yoke ensures effective ventilation and optimal freedom of movement. In addition, the skirt has a half-length zip on one side and a full-length two-way zip on the other side, which allows easy on and off as well as quick adjustment of freedom of movement when switching between classic technique and skating.
