Terms and conditions

About this translation

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Scope and contracting party

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders in the anunet.ch online shop and to quotes and orders by email. The contracting party is Anunet.ch Duraku, Irisweg 10, 4563 Gerlafingen, Switzerland (UID CHE-143.545.828). We deliver to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Order and conclusion of the contract

You choose the item, colour, sizes and, where applicable, the decoration, put everything in the cart and enter your contact and delivery details at checkout. Until you click “Buy now”, you can check all your details and correct them in the cart or at checkout. You then pay on Stripe’s secure payment page (purchase on invoice: see below).

The contract is concluded as soon as your payment is confirmed – for purchase on invoice, with the order confirmation. You then immediately receive an order confirmation by email with the link to your order page. If the payment is cancelled or declined, no contract is concluded.

The contract language is German or French. We store your order; you will find it in the order confirmation and on your order page. You can view and save these terms and conditions on this page at any time.

Prices

All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and at checkout (CHF 9.90, free from an order value of CHF 250). We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing and typing errors. The live preview in the shop is a visualisation; the approved proof is what counts.

Discount codes are only valid during their validity period, and one code can be redeemed per order. They cannot be combined with other discounts – the higher discount applies – and cannot be redeemed retrospectively or for cash.

Payment

You pay online when you order, via our payment service provider Stripe – by credit or debit card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not offer any other payment methods in the shop – except purchase on invoice for companies, clubs and resellers, which we enable for this on request (see “Purchase on invoice”). The payment appears on your card statement as “ANUNET.CH” with your order number. The order confirmation by email serves as your payment receipt; we send you the invoice (marked as paid) by email when your order ships – if you need it sooner, write to us. For larger orders from companies and clubs, we prepare an individual quote on request; the payment terms stated in it take precedence over these terms and conditions.

Purchase on invoice

On request, we enable purchase on invoice for companies, clubs and resellers – up to an amount that we set and can change or withdraw at any time. Orders are placed with the customer account; the contract is concluded with the order confirmation, and the invoice is payable within 30 days of delivery. If the unpaid orders on invoice together with the new order exceed this amount, or if one of them has been unpaid for more than 45 days, only online payment is possible.

Availability

We check the availability of the item, colour and size after your order. If something is not available, we inform you within 2 working days and suggest an alternative. If you do not want it, we refund the amount for the items concerned within 14 days via the original payment method. You can then also cancel the whole order free of charge, as long as production has not yet started.

Proof and approval

For decorated items, you receive a proof by email before production. With your approval you confirm the position, size, colours and spelling; errors that were visible in the approved proof are not defects. Production only starts after your approval.

Two rounds of changes are included. Further changes or a new design may incur additional costs; we tell you about them in advance, and they only arise with your consent.

Until approval, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive the full amount back. After approval, the items are made for you; cancellation is then no longer possible. If, within 30 days of sending the proof, we receive neither an approval nor a change request, we may withdraw from the contract after a reminder and refund the amount paid.

Price after checking the logo

If we only know the exact size of your logo – and, for embroidery, the number of thread colours – after our check (e.g. with PDF, AI or EPS files), the logo size or the colour surcharge, and with it the price, may change. We show you the adjusted price with the proof. Additional costs only arise with your consent; any difference in your favour is refunded. If you reject the adjusted price, you can cancel the order free of charge and receive the amount paid back in full.

Technical variations

Thread and print colours may differ slightly from how they appear on screen and in the preview. For technical reasons, the position and size of the decoration may vary by around 1 cm, and the shades of textiles between production runs. Such minor variations are not defects.

Quotes and reorders

Quotes created online (quote as a link) are valid for 30 days from creation; the prices stated in them apply, subject to availability. After that, the current shop prices apply. Individual quotes by email are valid for the period stated in them.

For reorders, the most recently approved proof applies; a new proof is not needed. Slight colour variations in thread and fabric between two production runs are possible. If an item or a colour is no longer available, we will get in touch.

Size lists and choice of sizes

With a size list, team members enter their own size. The entries are non-binding; the order is only placed when the person responsible transfers the list to the cart and places the order. They order in their own name and check names, sizes and quantities before ordering. You are responsible for choosing the sizes; a wrongly chosen size is not a defect.

Promotional items and minimum quantities

You can order textiles from 1 piece. We produce printed promotional items (e.g. ballpoint pens and lighters) on the basis of a quote from the minimum quantity stated on the product page – e.g. 50 pieces for ballpoint pens, 300 pieces for BIC items; the terms of the quote apply.

Delivery and delivery times

We deliver with Swiss Post to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times are guidelines: without decoration 2–4 working days after payment (for purchase on invoice, after the order), with decoration 7–10 working days after approval of the proof. If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you; as long as production has not yet started, you can then withdraw from the contract free of charge. Benefit and risk pass to you when the goods are handed over to you.

Logos and rights

You confirm that you own the rights to the logos, texts and designs you send us or are permitted to use them, and you indemnify us against third-party claims. We may refuse orders with unlawful, discriminatory or offensive content; we then refund any amounts already paid.

Returns of undecorated items

You can return undecorated items within 14 days of receipt – unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please notify us of the return beforehand by email to info@anunet.ch. You bear the cost of the return shipment. We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving the goods, via the original payment method. Individually decorated items are excluded from returns and exchanges, except in the case of defects.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in Liechtenstein

If you are a consumer resident in Liechtenstein, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. A clear statement sent before the deadline expires is sufficient, e.g. by email to info@anunet.ch; you can use the model form below.

We refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, via the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back. You send the goods back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal and bear the cost of the return shipment. You are only liable for a loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine them.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, e.g. items embroidered or printed with your logo.

Model withdrawal form: “To Anunet.ch Duraku, Irisweg 10, 4563 Gerlafingen, Switzerland, info@anunet.ch – I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the purchase of the following goods: … – ordered on … / received on … – order number: … – name and address: … – date: …”

Warranty

Please check the goods after receipt. Report obvious defects within 7 days and hidden defects immediately after discovering them, in each case by email with a photo. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery. We remedy justified defects, at our choice, by repair or replacement; we bear the cost of returning defective goods. If this fails, you can request a price reduction or the cancellation of the purchase with a refund. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper care (e.g. not following the washing instructions) are not defects.

Liability

We are liable for damage that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for personal injury and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

Resellers

Resellers are customers whom we enable as such in their customer account. They buy from us in their own name and for their own account, resell the items to their own customers and set their selling prices themselves. No contract is concluded between us and the reseller’s customers.

The reseller’s customers address their claims, e.g. for defects, to the reseller. We deal only with the reseller: proof, approval, defects and questions about the order are handled exclusively with them, and these terms and conditions apply to them.

On request, we deliver directly to the reseller’s customer (neutral shipping): without our name and without prices on the parcel and delivery note. Invoice, proof and communications go to the reseller.

By arrangement, we enable purchase on invoice for a reseller up to an amount that we set and can change or withdraw at any time. The contract is then concluded with the order confirmation; the invoice is payable within 30 days of delivery. If the unpaid orders on invoice together with the new order exceed this amount, or if one of them has been unpaid for more than 45 days, only online payment is possible.

We never contact the reseller’s customers – no advertising, no review requests – and use their details only to deliver the order.

The reseller acts towards their customers in their own name. They may not use our name, our brand or our details (e.g. address, UID, logo) as their own company details.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Gerlafingen SO. For consumers, the mandatory places of jurisdiction under Art. 32 CPC apply; for consumers resident in Liechtenstein, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also remain unaffected.
