About this translation

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Switzerland and to Liechtenstein with Swiss Post.

Shipping costs: CHF 9.90, free from an order value of CHF 250.

Delivery times

Items without decoration: 2–4 working days.

With embroidery or DTF print: 7–10 working days after approval of the proof.

Delivery times are guidelines.

Returns

You can return undecorated items within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please notify us of the return beforehand at info@anunet.ch; you bear the cost of the return shipment. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Decorated items are made individually for you and are excluded from returns and exchanges, except in the case of defects. Consumers resident in Liechtenstein also have the right of withdrawal set out in the terms and conditions.

Defects

Please check the goods after receipt and report defects by email with a photo – obvious defects within 7 days. The warranty is 2 years; we bear the cost of returning defective goods.
