Workshop, timber cutting, assembly

In woodworking trades, the workplace changes often: the workshop with its workbench and machines, the timber-cutting yard, the roof truss, interior fit-out at the customer’s. In the workshop many prefer smooth trousers that don’t catch anywhere – some Blåkläder craftsman’s trousers and shorts are expressly made without nail pockets. On assembly work, what counts are holster pockets for screws, nails and pencil, a rule pocket and knee-pad pockets.

Tool vest, braces, knee pads

If you carry a lot of material on your body, a tool vest spreads the weight over your upper body. The Blåkläder craftsman’s and assembly vests have nail pockets and, depending on the model, pen and phone pockets; on the X1900 vest the nail pockets are removable. The logo sits on the left or right chest or large on the back.

You can order braces, belts and knee pads directly in the shop, without a logo. Loose tool pouches and hammer holders are available on request, as are carpenter’s pencils with your logo, the latter in larger quantities – you receive a quote within 24 hours.

Outdoors in all weathers

Carpenters work outdoors all year round, often in the wind on the roof. The layering principle has proved its worth: a long-sleeved shirt, a fleece or softshell on top, a rain jacket and rain trousers in the wet, and in winter a lined jacket or vest and a beanie – every layer with the same logo. In summer a T-shirt and shorts are enough, with printed lettering on the back.

A special item is the heated vest from Blåkläder, for men and women: battery-powered heating elements regulate the warmth. According to the manufacturer, it is embroidered low on the back so that the heating elements are not damaged. We supply safety shoes and boots, including waterproof S3 winter boots, without a logo.

Installation at the customer’s

Anyone fitting kitchens, cupboards, doors or stairs in lived-in homes often prefers to appear in a polo shirt or sweatshirt rather than a workshop jacket. An embroidered chest logo looks understated and premium there, and on request we also embroider polo shirts on the collar. A shared colour for everyone, such as black or anthracite, ensures your customers place the team immediately.

Logo, prices and ordering

For trousers, vests and jackets we recommend embroidery: it withstands friction and frequent washing, and digitising is free. A 9 × 4 cm logo costs, per position, CHF 9.90 for one piece, CHF 9.40 from 10 and CHF 7.90 from 100 pieces. For large back designs on T-shirts, DTF printing is ideal: CHF 9.50 up to 30 cm.
