Class 1, 2 or 3
The range covers all three classes of EN ISO 20471 – the class is shown on every item. Class 1 is meant for areas with little traffic, class 2 for most building sites; class 3 offers the highest visibility, often only when a jacket and trousers are worn together. Besides vests, T-shirts, polos and sweatshirts, there are softshell, rain and winter jackets, work trousers and bib and brace overalls, plus multi-norm clothing with flame protection (EN ISO 11612) and arc flash protection (EN 61482-2). For children there are hi-vis vests to EN 17353.
A logo without risk to the protection class
We never place your logo on the reflective strips: on the left or right chest about 8 cm wide, on the back in the free area between or above the strips, and on the thigh for trousers. A large design reduces the fluorescent area – if in doubt, we advise you before you order, including on the right decoration for flame-retardant and multi-norm clothing.
Print or embroidery
On vests and thin shirts, DTF print is usually the better choice – light, and from CHF 3.65 per piece for larger quantities. Softshell and winter jackets can also be embroidered: a 9 × 4 cm chest logo costs CHF 9.90 for 1 piece and CHF 9.40 from 10 pieces. Delivery follows 7–10 working days after you approve the proof.
Frequently asked questions
Can a logo be put on hi-vis clothing?
Yes, as long as the reflective strips stay clear and enough fluorescent area remains visible. We place the logo accordingly and show it to you on the proof before production.
Which hi-vis class do I need?
That depends on the job and on your client’s requirements. Class 2 is usual on many building sites, class 3 for work on roads with fast traffic. The class is shown on every item – if you have questions, we will help you choose.
Is there hi-vis clothing for women and children?
Yes: some jackets, trousers and shirts come in a women’s cut, plus hi-vis vests for children to EN 17353.
How long does delivery take?
With a logo, 7–10 working days after you approve the proof; without a logo, 2–4 working days. Shipping costs CHF 9.90 and is free from CHF 250.
