Controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Anunet.ch Duraku, Irisweg 10, 4563 Gerlafingen, Switzerland, info@anunet.ch. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for example for orders from Liechtenstein.
Orders
For orders, we process your name, company or club, delivery address, email, phone number, the items ordered with your decoration details, uploaded logos, proofs and approvals, and the payment status. We use this data to conclude and perform the contract: order confirmation, proof, production, shipping, accounting, warranty and reorders. If a proof is awaiting your approval, we remind you of it by email no more than three times. Your order page can be reached via a personal link; only share it with people who are allowed to see the order.
If you are a customer, we may occasionally email you about a reorder or similar items (e.g. before a new season). You can object to this at any time – a short reply is enough; if you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, you will not receive such emails.
Quote requests and contact
When you request a quote or write to us, we process your details (name, company, email, phone number, quantity, message and, where applicable, a logo and the items from your favourites) in order to answer your request. Quotes created online (quote as a link) contain the items and logos chosen; anyone who knows the link can view them. If you enter your email address (“Copy to me”), we send you the quote and – only if you tick the box – remind you of it no more than twice while it is valid; a short reply is enough and we will stop. We delete the address 30 days after the quote expires. If we send you a quote by email, we can see whether and when the link was opened, and we remind you of it no more than twice while it is valid; a short reply is enough and we will stop.
Logos and team photos
Logo files that you choose in the configurator or in the quote form are saved on our server straight away – for the preview, the quote and production. A logo tested on the home page, by contrast, stays in your browser until you use it for an item. We only show team photos that you send us after delivery as a reference (website and social media) with your consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
Size lists
In a size list, team members enter their own name, size and quantity. Only we and the person with the management link can see these details; we use them only for the order concerned. Whoever creates the list informs the team and shares the link only with team members. If you enter your email address when creating the list, we send you the links to it; we do not store the address with the list. If you are logged in, you will find the list in your customer account.
Payment
Online payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin (Ireland). Depending on the payment method, card issuers and card networks, TWINT AG (Switzerland) and Apple (Apple Pay) or Google (Google Pay) also receive the necessary payment data. Stripe also processes data in the USA (Stripe, Inc.) and checks payments to prevent fraud. We do not receive full card details, only the payment status and a payment reference.
We create invoices with our accounting software Bilantis (bilantis.ch). For this purpose we transmit your name, company, address, email address, phone number, the items ordered and your reference, if any; you receive the invoice as a PDF by email.
If a card payment is not completed, we remind you once by email about the open order.
About three days after shipping, we ask you once by email whether you would like to review us on Google. A short reply is enough and we will not ask again.
Shipping and suppliers
For delivery, we pass on your name, company, delivery address and – if provided – phone number to Swiss Post Ltd. To source the items, our suppliers only receive the items, colours, sizes and quantities – no personal data.
Hosting, network and email
The website, database and uploaded files are hosted on our own server in Switzerland. We send and receive our emails via Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), in a data centre in the EU. All visits to the website pass through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which delivers the website and protects it against attacks; for this purpose, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical connection data.
AI search, chat assistant and internal AI help
When AI advice is active in the search, we send your search text to Anthropic, PBC (USA) to find suitable items – without your name, email or IP address. Please do not enter any personal details in the search.
When the chat assistant is active (button at the bottom right), it answers questions using an AI from Anthropic, PBC (USA). It only opens when you click on it. We send your questions, the conversation so far and the address of the page you are on to Anthropic – without your IP address; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. The answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; the prices in the cart and the proof are what count. We keep the conversation for 30 days to improve the assistant and then delete it. If you ask the assistant to forward your request to us, we store your name, email and request like a quote request. Please do not enter any sensitive personal data in the chat.
Internally, an AI from Anthropic, PBC (USA) helps us to prepare quotes and replies and to analyse our shop. For this purpose we transmit the text of your request, the items, quantities, sizes and decorations you want, previous orders (items, colours, sizes), the company or club name and, for internal analyses, your name, order amounts and the payment status. We remove email addresses and phone numbers from the texts beforehand; we never transmit your address or card or account details. The AI only sees your logo or a photo of you if we attach it ourselves to find a suitable item; it is not stored in the process. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. Prices are calculated by our shop, not by the AI, and we check and send every quote or message prepared by the AI ourselves. We delete unused drafts after 90 days, and sent messages together with their draft after 12 months. Your emails that we give the AI to prepare a reply, and the conversation about them, are deleted 90 days after the last message.
Disclosure abroad
Some of these service providers process data outside Switzerland: in the EU or EEA (e.g. Ireland, Cyprus) and in the USA (Stripe, Cloudflare, Anthropic). According to the Federal Council, the EU and the EEA provide adequate data protection. For the USA, this applies to recipients certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; with the others, we agree on the standard contractual clauses recognised by Switzerland. Service providers that process data on our behalf are contractually bound to data protection.
Customer account
You can log in with your email address – without a password: we send you a code that is valid for 10 minutes. In your account you can see your orders, your customer discount and the size lists you created while logged in. For this purpose we store your email address, the details of your orders and the time of your last login. If you are logged in, we also store your cart in your account so that you can find it on all your devices; we delete it when you empty it or place your order, otherwise 90 days after it was last used. We also store your favourites (item and colour) in your account so that you can find them on all your devices; when you log in, we also add the items you saved beforehand without logging in. We use your favourites only to show them to you. You can remove items at any time; we delete your favourites together with the account or on request, otherwise 24 months after they were last used. After you log in, your browser sets a technically necessary cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days; “Log out” deletes it. On request we delete your account; we keep order data as described below.
Resellers can create quotes for their own customers in their account. We store the details entered (the reseller’s company, logo and contact details, the name and address of their customer) only for these quotes and delete them together with the quote or the account. If a reseller has an order delivered directly to their customer, the customer’s delivery address is part of the order and is kept like the order.
Newsletter and welcome discount
When you sign up for our newsletter (e.g. via the welcome discount offer), we store your email address, your language, the time of sign-up and of confirmation, and your welcome code. The sign-up only takes effect once you click the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in); we delete unconfirmed sign-ups after 30 days. We send you news and offers about once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or withdraw your consent by email. We use the data only for the newsletter and the welcome code; we do not pass it on to third parties.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising services and do not set any advertising cookies. For the shop to work, your browser stores locally the cart, your favourites, an order in progress during payment, the links to your size lists and, when you are logged in, your customer ID for syncing the cart and favourites with your account, as well as – until you close the tab – an open quote, a logo tested on the home page, the details entered at checkout and a conversation with the chat assistant; it also stores whether you have already been shown the newsletter offer and, where applicable, your discount code for the checkout. Cloudflare may set technically necessary security cookies (e.g. “__cf_bm”) to fend off automated access.
Statistics cookie: only if you choose “OK” in the notice do we set the cookie “anunet_vid” with a random ID (valid for 13 months). It shows us whether someone comes back and how a visit runs across several pages. If you order with this cookie, we store the ID with the order: this shows us how you found us, which items you looked at beforehand and how many visits it took until the order. We store your choice in the cookie “anunet_consent” (13 months). You can change it at any time at the bottom of every page under “Cookie settings”; if you choose “Decline”, we delete the statistics cookie. We treat browsers with “Global Privacy Control” as “Decline”.
Visitor statistics
We record the pages viewed, the active time spent and how far a page was read, clicks on the page (what was clicked and where), the referring page, the campaign of a link (utm parameters) and whether it came from a paid ad, the country and approximate region and town (determined by Cloudflare from the IP address), device type, browser and operating system, language, actions in the shop (e.g. cart, favourites, logo upload, order), how far a design got in the configurator (decoration chosen, positions, colour, quantity and whether a logo was uploaded – not the logo itself), pages that could not be displayed together with the referring page and a short technical error message, and the terms you enter in the search. We never record what is entered in form fields. At checkout we also record what the cart contains (items, quantity, decoration, value), which part of the form was started, the name – never the content – of a field that the browser does not accept, errors shown and whether the payment page was opened or left; without your name and your details. On pages with your own data (account, checkout, order, quote, size list) we only record which button was clicked, never texts shown such as names; we do not store the personal ID in the link of these pages. Without the statistics cookie, we create a hash value that changes daily from the IP address and browser identifier for counting; we do not store the IP address itself. We analyse the statistics only on our server, do not pass them on to third parties and delete them after 24 months.
Security and logs
To protect against misuse (e.g. too many order attempts), we briefly process IP addresses in memory. The technical logs of our server contain neither IP addresses nor customer data.
Retention
We keep order and accounting data for 10 years (Art. 958f CO). Logos, proofs, team photos and size lists belonging to an order are kept for reorders and deleted 24 months after your last order – earlier on request; team photos you have released as a reference are kept until you withdraw your consent. Logos that are used neither in an order nor in a quote, size list or request are deleted 60 days after upload. We delete quotes, size lists and requests without an order, together with their logos, 12 months after they were created; the email address for a quote you created yourself 30 days after it expires; the favourites in your account 24 months after they were last used; the visitor statistics after 24 months; drafts of the AI help after 90 days; sent messages together with their draft after 12 months; and the AI cost log (without content) after 180 days.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we base the processing on the performance of the contract (order, request, customer account), on legal obligations (retention), on our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning shop, in visitor statistics, in handling requests and orders efficiently (internal AI help) and in following up on our quotes, and on your consent (statistics cookie, newsletter, team photos as a reference, reminders about a quote you created yourself).
Your rights
You can request information about your personal data at any time, as well as its correction, deletion or release in a common electronic format; you can also object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to info@anunet.ch; we may ask for proof of identity. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch). People in Liechtenstein can also contact the Data Protection Authority of Liechtenstein (www.datenschutzstelle.li).
Changes
We may amend this privacy policy; the version published on this page applies.
