The right cap for your team
Baseball caps with 5 or 6 panels, trucker caps with a mesh back, snapbacks with a flat peak and Flexfit caps without a closure; plus beanies with and without a cuff, bobble hats, bucket hats and kids’ caps. Many styles are made from organic cotton or recycled polyester. Structured caps with a firm front are ideal for embroidery: the logo stands out cleanly and the cap keeps its shape.
Positions and sizes
On the front about 10 cm wide is usual, 12 cm at most; on the side about 5 cm, on the back about 6 cm. A front logo complemented by a small mark on the side or back – such as your website or team name – looks professional. Embroidery is the classic on caps and beanies – high-quality and washable; on request we also embroider the front logo raised in 3D. DTF print suits colourful logos with gradients, for example on trucker caps.
Prices and delivery
An embroidered 10 × 5 cm front logo costs CHF 9.90 for 1 piece, CHF 9.40 from 10 and CHF 7.90 from 100 pieces – digitising is free. The same logo at the same size is counted together across caps, polos and jackets. Delivery follows 7–10 working days after you approve the proof.

Is 3D embroidery possible?
Yes, we also embroider in 3D: the logo stands out in relief – ideal on the front of a structured cap. The shop price applies to flat embroidery; for 3D embroidery, send us your logo before you order – we will tell you within 24 hours whether it is suitable and what it costs.
Are there caps and beanies for kids?
Yes, many caps and beanies come in kids’ sizes – handy for junior teams, schools and nurseries.
