Rain jackets with logo
Anyone who works outdoors in all weathers needs a jacket that keeps the rain out and shows who they work for. Here you can read what matters with rain jackets – and what to bear in mind with a logo on a waterproof jacket.

Water-repellent or waterproof?
Water-repellent means drops bead off. That is enough for a shower, but in persistent rain water gets through the fabric and seams. Many softshell jackets are built like this – in return they are flexible and breathable.
A jacket only becomes waterproof with a membrane or coating and welded or taped seams. The hydrostatic head shows how much water pressure the fabric can withstand – in our range from 2,000 mm for simple rain jackets to 20,000 mm for technical shell jackets. Many work and hi-vis jackets are certified to EN 343, the standard for protective clothing against rain; their two classes, such as 3/2, stand for waterproofness and breathability.
Rain jacket, shell jacket, rain trousers
The classic rain jacket is light and quick to slip on; some fold into their own pocket. Shell or hardshell jackets are more robust, some with three layers, and leave room for a fleece or bodywarmer underneath in winter. Raincoats reach further down, and ponchos are thrown on in no time.
We carry around a hundred rain, shell and all-weather jackets, raincoats and ponchos, from Blåkläder, ProJob and Herock to Tenson, Craft and Cutter & Buck, many in women’s cuts. Blåkläder, Tenson and Craft offer the jacket and rain trousers from the same line, and Result also as a rain suit. You will find hi-vis rainwear to EN ISO 20471 in the hi-vis category.
Embroidery on a waterproof jacket?
On water-repellent jackets, embroidery is the most robust decoration. On a waterproof jacket, however, every stitch pierces the membrane or coating – exactly the layer that keeps the rain out. Moisture can get in there.
DTF printing is heat-pressed on and leaves the membrane intact; the fabric is heated in the process, which not every coating tolerates equally well. In the configurator you choose embroidery or DTF printing and see the logo in the live preview. We discuss which decoration, size and position suit your jacket with you, at the latest with the proof.
An embroidered 9 × 4 cm logo costs CHF 9.90 for 1 piece, CHF 9.40 from 10 and CHF 7.90 from 100 pieces, per position; digitising is free. DTF printing costs CHF 5.50 up to 10 cm, with a quantity discount down to CHF 3.65.
Position, hi-vis, ordering
Typical choices are a chest logo about 8 cm wide and a back design up to 30 cm that can be read from a distance; on most jackets the sleeve is an option too. You set position, size and rotation in the configurator. On hi-vis clothing the logo sits between the reflective strips, never on them; for flame-retardant multi-norm rainwear, we agree the decoration before you order.
For embroidery, we count the same logo at the same size across all items: 15 rain jackets and 10 softshell jackets with the same chest logo are embroidered at the price for 25 pieces. You collect the sizes with our size list, which you share with the team. You receive the proof within 72 hours; with logo we deliver 7–10 working days after your approval, without logo in 2–4 working days – so don’t wait for the first rainy day to order. Shipping costs CHF 9.90 and is free from CHF 250. For a whole business you receive a quote within 24 hours as a link; you can reorder another rain jacket later with one click.

Will embroidery make a rain jacket leak?
It can: on a waterproof jacket, every stitch pierces the membrane. DTF printing leaves it intact; we discuss which decoration suits at the latest with the proof.
What does EN 343 mean?
It is the standard for protective clothing against rain. It rates waterproofness and breathability with one class each – the higher, the better. Whether an item is certified is stated in its product details.
Are there rain jackets for women and children?
Yes, many models in women’s cuts, for example from Tenson, Craft and Cutter & Buck. Children’s sizes are available from Craft, Result and JAKO, among others.
Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
No, even a single jacket is possible. The embroidery price per piece drops from 10 pieces, for large logos from 50; for DTF printing, a quantity discount applies from 10 pieces.
