Delivery times: from order to delivery

In short
We usually deliver decorated items 7–10 working days after you approve the proof, and items without decoration in 2–4 working days – anywhere in Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Getting there faster
- Approve the proof quickly – production only starts then.
- A good logo file avoids queries (see the guide “Preparing your logo”).
- For a fixed date (event, start of the season), get in touch briefly before you order.

On your order page you can see the status at any time: proof, production, shipping. You receive an email at every step.

- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping is free from CHF 250; below that it costs CHF 9.90.
