The Kype Pro represents the next generation of super shoes: developed for elite marathon and half marathon runners who want to push boundaries and break records – with a sophisticated combination of speed, comfort and technology.
At its heart is the Xx Foam™ midsole with Pebax® from Arkema, an elastomer that combines flexibility, stability and low density for exceptional rebound. A carbon fibre plate from ARRIS provides lightweight, tuned stiffness, stability at high speed and more propulsion. The split heel cushions independently, absorbs impact better and transfers the energy evenly into the push-off.
The Lightsole™ outsole was developed together with the bicycle tyre manufacturer Vittoria and is inspired by the Corsa PRO Control tyre – for excellent grip. The upper made of lightweight, robust AeroMesh is highly breathable, and Craft Endurance Fit® with a narrow heel, locked-in midfoot and roomy forefoot provides a secure hold.
